PACTS (Partnership for Australia-India Cyber ​​and Critical Technology) is a new framework for cyber and critical technology cooperation between India and Australia. It builds upon the 2020 cyber cooperation agreement and the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership. Under this initiative, cooperation will be enhanced in areas such as AI, semiconductors, space technology, cybersecurity, Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI), defense research, and secure supply chains. Its objective is to promote a secure, inclusive, and rules-based digital order in the Indo-Pacific region. It will strengthen India's technological and strategic partnership.
