Who will host the 19th BRICS Summit?

At the conclusion of the 18th BRICS Summit in New Delhi, India handed over the presidency for the 2027 19th BRICS Summit to China, while Prime Minister Narendra Modi emphasized concrete and result-oriented cooperation. Xi Jinping spoke about strengthening the interests and international role of the Global South within BRICS, and a bilateral meeting between India and China also took place during the summit.
